We begin with organically grown end grain bamboo, known for its beauty and durability. The pros say this grain style gives them great knife "feel" without dulling their knives. The juiciest of meats and fruit are no match for the generous groove on one side of our Pro Board Long. The deep bevel on the back side makes the board appear to hover just over your table, making this a unique and dramatic serving board.
