The 16" Acacia Wood Serving & Cutting Board with Juice Groove is a perfect addition for any kitchen.It offers plenty of cutting surface while still being small enough to conveniently store. The 16" Acacia Cutting Board also features a juice groove running around the exterior of the board to trap and hold excess juices that run off from roasts, meat and juicy fruits. The board is reversible as well, the back side offers a totally flat cutting surface that doubles wonderfully as a dough board. Made of gorgeous natural acacia wood, it's attractive enough to serve right of off as well! When the food prep is done, it cleans easily with a simple hand washing; do not soak or wash in the dishwasher.
