Crafted from organically-grown Moso bamboo, these boards are lightweight, durable and gentle on knives. The large and medium boards also include a carrying handle to hang for storage or for easier carrying. When the food prep is done, the boards wipe clean easily with hand washing; they should not be soaked or washed in the dishwasher. Boards measure 13" by 9-1/2", 11" by 8-1/2" and 8" by 6"; each board is 3/8" thick.
